Many industries have had significant help in positive disruption. One industry that is in dire need of transformation is Corrections.  As Canadians, as visionaries, moon-shot idea leaders and as titans of our respective fields, I would challenge us all to do better.

As the Executive Director of KLINK Coffee, I would ask that more leaders in all areas of Canada consider how we can use this non-profit social enterprise to better model, scale and export supportive environments for the benefit of community stabilization, community safety, reduction in use of tax dollars, and better rehabilitation of those coming out of Corrections with bolder, more robust and innovative programs like KLINK Coffee Inc.
