An idealist with a passion for design and humanitarian issues, Mira brings her dedication and altruistic nature to the causes she champions. She strives to bring her rose colored view to every situation while advocating for peace and stability in her everyday life and in the world at large.
Her passion for helping better the lives of those in difficult circumstances has led her to work with the Senator's Foundation to design Roger's House at CHEO, transform and develop the Awesome Arts program for inner city children and youth in Ottawa, assist with Operation Syrian Refugees at Global Affairs Canada to resettle 25,000 refugees and most recently, she helped out with the Fifth Replenishment Conference of the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
When not strategizing for world peace, Mira can be found photographing clouds.
